Andrew Morrison

Originally hailing from Scotland and growing up in the United Kingdom, Andrew has successfully managed and operated one of the largest classic car restoration businesses in Dallas for over 9 years. He’s no stranger to the Defender – and he has owned and enjoyed these vehicles since a young age. Moving onto Defenders was a logical and, more importantly, a personal, decision to return to his roots.
Michael Hughes
/ Owner, Investor
A lifelong adventurer and Defender enthusiast, Michael came on to add a new level of strategy and business acumen after building his own custom Defender with Rover Republic. When he’s not driving his Defender — top down — around Dallas, traveling the globe, or consulting with the team, he’s working his day job as an Executive Vice President and CFO for a
Dallas-based REIT.
Martijn Van Der Plaat

Injected with a healthy interest in cars from a very young age, Martijn jumped at the chance to be part of a team that builds unique, tangible products. Having come across Defenders (and their Series ancestors) operating comfortably in all kinds of environments all across the globe, he considers it a privilege to continue the legacy of such an iconic vehicle in North America.
